Está prohibido usar bots, macros, automatización, trampas o herramientas no autorizadas; modificar, descompilar o manipular el cliente o las comunicaciones; explotar errores deliberadamente; atacar servidores; suplantar al equipo; realizar fraude, phishing, comercio por dinero real no autorizado o abuso de reembolsos; y publicar acoso, amenazas, odio, contenido ilegal, sexualmente explotador, spam o datos privados de terceros.Using bots, macros, automation, cheats or unauthorized tools is prohibited; as is modifying, decompiling or manipulating the client or communications; deliberately exploiting errors; attacking servers; impersonating staff; committing fraud, phishing, unauthorized real-money trading or refund abuse; and posting harassment, threats, hate, illegal or sexually exploitative content, spam or third-party private data.
4. Moderación y sanciones4. Moderation and sanctions
Kron puede investigar conductas, retirar contenido, cambiar nombres inapropiados y aplicar advertencias, restricciones de chat, suspensiones temporales o terminación permanente. La medida dependerá de la gravedad, reincidencia, evidencia disponible y necesidad de proteger el Servicio. Las decisiones podrán revisarse mediante el canal oficial de soporte cuando esté disponible.Kron may investigate conduct, remove content, change inappropriate names and apply warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspensions or permanent termination. Measures depend on severity, repetition, available evidence and the need to protect the Service. Decisions may be reviewed through the official support channel when available.

If purchases are enabled, the price, taxes, refund policy and conditions shown by the storefront or payment provider will apply. Fraud, abusive chargebacks or reversal of already consumed items may result in balance adjustments or sanctions.

El nombre Kron, logotipos, código, modelos de naves, mapas, personajes, NPC, interfaces, imágenes, audio, textos y demás activos pertenecen a sus titulares y están protegidos por las leyes aplicables. You may not extract, sell, republish, create commercial derivative products or use the assets in other projects without written permission.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios8. Availability and changes
Kron puede cambiar contenido, equilibrio, funciones, requisitos técnicos, precios o disponibilidad para mejorar o proteger el Servicio. El acceso puede interrumpirse por mantenimiento, fallos, seguridad o causas externas. Si el Servicio se descontinúa, se procurará comunicarlo con antelación razonable cuando sea posible.Kron may change content, balance, features, technical requirements, prices or availability to improve or protect the Service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, failures, security issues or external causes. If the Service is discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be attempted when possible.
9. Terminación9. Termination

El Servicio se ofrece en el estado disponible y puede contener errores durante su desarrollo. Nada en estos términos excluye derechos irrenunciables del consumidor ni responsabilidad que legalmente no pueda limitarse.The Service is provided as available and may contain errors during development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kron does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of failures. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
